By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any of our products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Prices may be displayed in US Dollars (USD) for reference, but all transactions are charged and settled in Nigerian Naira (NGN) at the applicable rate at checkout. Prices are inclusive of, or subject to, any taxes, levies or duties required under Nigerian law.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. By submitting an order you authorise us and TransactPay to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud or an error in pricing or availability is suspected.
All content, software, designs, trademarks and materials made available through our services are the property of Fiztech Ironclad or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant product in accordance with its licence terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you, and you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand the rules that apply to physical hardware, digital products and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiztech Ironclad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree that the courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services.
